location it's not the best, you have to walk 30-40 minutes to the city center

I liked the friendliness of the staff,the comfort of the room and the quality of the breakfast.The rooms were divided up into blocks;in each of these was a room which contained a few tables,at which you were allowed to eat your own food,and a fridge from which you could choose either alcoholic or soft drinks,at very reasonable prices.
The only disadvantage of the pension was that it was situated at the top of one of the steepest hills in Dresden,and I was not travelling by car.Although it was possible to take tram 8 from the train station to Stauffenbergallee and then bus 64 to Marienallee,the street on which the hotel was located,the one kilometre walk up Marienallee was a long,steep one.You really need to have the use of a car,for this pension.
